I have wide flattish feet which do you recommend for my work boots. I work in hilly country
If you are looking for extra arch support the green foot beds would be the ones to go for. The blues will be flatter and be a more neutral profile. In regards to the sizing, in the specifications to tab you can see which letter corresponds to which size boot. I hope this helps.
