Description
The One Planet Exact Fit harness system on the Larrikin bushwalking pack means you can stuff this 75-85 litre baby till it's bursting at the seams, and it will still fit completely comfortably on your back. (Whether you can lift it is another matter!) Tough Waterloc fabric makes this pack well nigh waterproof and canvas-backed seams eliminate water ingress through the stitching. The Larrikin is sleek and minimally inclined, but a few key features enhance its ease of use beyond your average stripped-down pack.
A wide zip opening into its bottom compartment means you can pull our your sleeping bag or whatever you've packed at the bottom without having to empty your whole pack. A floating divider near the bottom allows you the option of separating wet and dirty from clean and dry--or any way you choose to organize. Side zip access on the front pocket is a huge improvement, allowing entry even with the pack exterior loaded up like pack mule.
The attachment options are revolutionary - adjustable 'floating' straps on the side and front allow for attachment of almost anything in different locations, from skis to roll mat to trekking poles and crampons, all neatly tied down and easily accessible.
