Zero drop

Keeping your heel and toes level, zero-drop shoes mimic your natural barefoot position, encouraging a better midfoot or forefoot strike. Balanced cushioning ensures comfort for long distances, whilst the lack of additional, beefy cushioning in the heel reduces the impact of your landing and helps to improve your posture.

Like with anything, what works for some people doesn’t necessarily work for everyone. Differences in anatomy and individual biomechanics may mean that zero-drop shoes aren’t for you, particularly if you’ve got flat feet or you’re dealing with abnormal foot pain.
